But our name is Bouncing Around The Motor City so yes, We are available and ready to provide decor outside of our service areas. 

We are available to travel outside our service area and nationwide. We've traveled all over the world mastering balloon techniques, let's book these flights and float high with balloons! 

Our hours of operation: 7:00 am – 10:00 pm, 7 DAYS A WEEK (Some weekends are reserved for events, but retail store is open for hours listed below). 

Yes! In most cases we may not need to make a site visit based on the balloons ordered. Site visits help us assess when decor requires rigging or measurements for big builds or unique installations. We require that you send a photo of your venue. A picture allows us to think of innovative ways to provide you with an illustration of how your selected decor will look. 

There is a $75 fee per hour for site visits or a location of your choosing.*

Mock Up Illustrations are $100

We suggest Booking 3-9 months out, Don't waste precious planning time!  If you have your date and venue, book us now! 

Call us first to see if we have that date available, it may be possible that we can indeed fit you in, fingers crossed. There is a RUSH -  last minute fee for orders placed  7 days or less. Yes, We love accommodating our customers and will make adjustments to meet your request. 

The setup fee is 20% for most orders, some installations and designs require more planning, work so there is a higher cost. 

Yes. Our “Balloon Pop-Offs” love breaking down the balloon decor and properly disposing of the balloons. Our striking fee starts at $75 per hour, with a one hour minimum.

Once you have reviewed and approved your Service Contract Agreement and the Invoice, 50% booking fee is required to reserve your date and time. If event is close to date booked then full payment is due. 

The balance must be paid in full (2) two weeks prior to the start of your event. There is a late fee for not paying on time as agreed. 

 Service Agreement Contracts are agreements between a customer or client and Detroit Balloon Store / Bouncing Around The Motor City who will be providing services. A Service Agreement Contract will help our clients to understand our operational and sales processes so that our clients can manage their expectations. It’s good business practice to communicate with our clients. 

Signing the Service Agreement Contract is to create documents with good evidentiary value. It gives you proof that Detroit Balloon Store / Bouncing Around The Motor City intended to enter into the Service Agreement Contract with you and be bound by the obligations of that Service Agreement Contract.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: I understand by signing this contract and that I am reserving Detroit Balloon Store / Bouncing Around The Motor City to be available for an extended amount of time on the day of my event, which limits the number of other events that can serviced on that that date. 

You agree to understand that parts of all orders will be custom made and supplies are purchased ahead of time. Because of this I understand that any payments made will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.

Yes, we do in store, our color chart will be available on our website by Summer 2025

1. Depending on the size of the latex balloon the float time can last from 24 hours to 5 days. 
2. We offer a Hi-Float balloon treatment that will extend the flight time of your latex balloons. The flight time can be from 1 week to 20 weeks depending on the size of the latex balloon.

BALLOONS ARE LIKE MICHIGAN WEATHER, VERY UNPREDICTABLE ! LOL ! We cannot guarantee float time / life expectancy but we as professional certified balloon artists have a very special set of skills that sets our balloon art and business apart from the rest!

Weather & Atmosphere Conditions: Detroit Balloon Store / Bouncing Around The Motor City cannot be held responsible for decorations installed in an uncontrolled climate. There is no guarantee for any type of outdoor decorations. All outdoor performances must be conducted in a safe manner and recommended is an in-door contingency plan. 

Yes! But Only Corporate Logo Balloons, Special printed balloons specifically for your event.

Limited spots, Fills up Quickly, Applications open 1st of January every calendar year but Yes absolutely we support community organizations. See our request guidelines.*

Yes you sure can and shop our Gift Shop, pickup is available  if the date and time is available.
